Welcome to Together Thriving!
Life and its challenges can often leave us feeling depleted, helpless, and overwhelmed - especially during such unprecedented times as now.
You are not alone. I am here to support you.
Whether you are looking for a therapist for yourself, your child or teen, or your whole family, I welcome you and believe that, together, change is possible.
Hi, I’m Tiffany Kostigen Mumper, LMFT, and I specialize in online and in-person trauma-informed therapy and art therapy for individuals experiencing recent or complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those curious about this approach.
Additionally, I have specialized training and experience working with children, teens, parents, and families.
Therapy is a process of self-discovery, growth, and freedom that arises from exploring yourself and your relationships.
The strategies I offer for individuals and families are based on my training and expertise with:
Mindfulness-based stress reduction
Somatic, body-based therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT)
Therapeutic uses of art, including paint, watercolors, clay, charcoal, pastels, pencils, markers, collage, crafting materials, and more
Attachment-based therapy
Family systems patterns
Positive discipline strategies for parents
I provide a positive and nurturing environment to process feelings and experiences, provide strategies for overwhelming emotions and resolving conflicts, and offer support to sustain the change you seek.
If you’re ready to engage in therapy, take a chance with me, and build trust and confidence in your ability to heal, you’re in the right place.
Healing occurs in the context of our relationships, and together we can thrive. It is within our relationships, our communities, and having the right support that we grow, evolve, and overcome challenges together. I am passionate about supporting my clients as they work to overcome life’s challenges and come home to their most empowered selves.
