Welcome to Together Thriving! I’m Tiffany Kostigen Mumper, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT #53019).

I have been working in the mental health field since 2005 and practicing therapy since 2008. I am wildly passionate about working with individuals and families, helping clients experience positive growth, change, and healing both individually and within relationships.

Overlapping abstract shapes and lines.

It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of your healing process, and my training supports your journey towards change.

I have a Masters in Couples and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.

I am certified in the therapeutic uses of art from the University of California, San Diego, along with trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

A cozy office with abstract art on the wall, a gray sideboard holding a coffee maker, water bottle, and decorative items, a striped armchair with a pillow, a large houseplant, a wooden desk with a blue chair, and a colorful rug on the carpeted floor.

I live in Soquel, CA, with my partner and two children. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and being outdoors as much as possible.

I also love being creative, trying new things, reading, and practicing yoga.

I look forward to getting to know you!
